First up! Postnatal Yoga! Perfect workshops to use your natural rubber mats…..no one wants their baby (or themselves) practising on anything else!
With 2 perfect bubs under 16months, I’m not sure how she’s fitting us in, but Mel is keen to share her Postnatal Yoga tips with you for:
* relieving neck & shoulder tension
* strengthening the core including
pelvic floor and abdominal muscles
* postures and breath to relieve
exhaustion and induce sleep
* keeping your body tone
* gentle strengthening and
calming for baby
