We love hearing from our fellow yogis (customers), please do not hesitate to contact us. And we love hearing how much we love our products, though equally, if you’re not in love with them, as much as we are, please let us know.
We use Paypal and Stripe to process payments securely.

We provide free Postage across Australia. Unfortunately, our courier service does not deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Collect boxes. We can deliver to a depot closest to you if you do not have a suitable residential or business address for delivery.
Our goal is to post your order on the day of purchase. Though, please allow up to 3 – 7 working days, particularly to regional areas.
If you require urgent delivery or have special delivery requirements, please contact us at email@example.com. We will try to speed up the process wherever possible so that you can begin practising with Banjaara Yoga products as soon as possible – YAY!
If for some unbeknown reason your products should be incorrect or damaged on arrival (eeek), let us know straight away via our email firstname.lastname@example.org. If for some reason your goods do not arrive, we may not be able to send replacements that day, but we will as soon as we can – after we have had some time to investigate what has happened. Once our items have been delivered, we cannot take any liability for them being stolen, damaged or lost.
At Banjaara Yoga we are committed to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. If on a rare occurrence, your items have a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship (which does not include damage caused by sun exposure, improper use, or accidents), or it has premature wear, you can return it up to one year following the purchase.
To initiate a return, you will need to provide us with a proof of original purchase as well as a photograph showing the defect or wear; we can then proceed with the return of the item. Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping charges or pay for return shipping unless the wrong item was shipped.
Banjaara Yoga takes your privacy very seriously, your personal details are treated with respect and protected by us. You can rest assure that Banjaara Yoga will never sell or trade your personal information to other organisations or businesses. Once you place an order we may use your details to send you specials or product updates, but you can opt-out of this at any time if you choose.
